A Condominium/townhouse with a fenced in postage stamp yard was transformed into a private haven for this Smyrna couple.

We moved the previously predominant HVAC units to a corner of the space and boxed them in with decorative but un-obstructive latticework.

A ground level wooden porch was built with a wide wrap around step, marrying functionality with design.

Bluestone pavers mark a path through the yard with foliage and greenery growing strong between them.
